The objective of the Bridle Pass Development is to create an overall neighborhood with four coordinated, yet unique, communities providing housing ownership opportunities for individuals and families, from first-time buyers to those moving up to their third or fourth homes.

Bridle Pass is a 5-phase 280 unit Planned Unit Development in Forest Lake, MN. It was started in 2000 and we are currently selling in Phases 4 and 5. There are 4 different residential housing styles in the project to meet a variety of housing needs in the community.
